About Mark Zuckerberg's Mansion
The property was earlier owned by Dr Aaron Rollins. He is a renowned cosmetic surgeon, and
his wife, Marine Rollins, is a real estate agent. The Wall Street Journal reported that the duo
purchased the two-acre site for about $30 million in 2020.
The 30,000 square feet home comprises nine bedrooms, a library with a secret passageway, a
dock, a swimming pool and a 1,500-gallon aquarium.
Planned by Ferris Rafauli, the property was planned in November 2025 for $200 million. The
deal is completed by the agents Danny and Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker real estate.
With the shopping, Zuckerberg joins a growing catalogue of Silicon Valley billionaires who are
buying some of Miami's most classy homes due to California's proposed "billionaires' tax".
Larry Page, Alphabet Inc. co-founder, spent $188 million on three Miami properties. Jeff Bezos
bought his third property on Indian Stream for $90 million in 2024.
Tom Brady, FL legend, also has a $17 million lot on the personal island. US President Donald
Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, and her husband, Jared Kushner, also have a house in the area that is
worth $40 million.
Indian country club, Creek's roads, and golf course are closed to the community. The 294-acre
barrier island has just 41 houses and a population of 84 residents and has long attracted wealthy
people. It earned the nickname "billionaire bunker".
